throughout the US to newspaper distribution. Harlan acting as his own
attorney, has filed 24 Federal First Amendment Cases pro se seeking
enforcement of protected constitutional rights to distribute his views
and ideas on public sidewalks. (newspapers) Eight which have gone to
the US court of appeals. One in Illinois on rest areas in US Court of
Appeals presently.
Main
precedent setting cases include sidewalks in front of
Post Offices through the US, many city sidewalks such as
Scottsdale Az. and several states on Interstate rest
